can some one tell me a nice city that has alot of hotels and stuff that is close to muncie indiana...and tell me what places that basketball games are held by muncie IN...like a convention center or something like that..where they might have a basketball tourney?

Anderson is still considered a city-- so is Marion. Basketball games are either played in the schools gynasiums/sports centers.

Anderson is close to Muncie, but the nearest large city (more likely to have "a lot of hotels and stuff") is Indianapolis.
No clue about the basketball games.

Indianapolis is the nearest burg that I would call a city, but it is not very close to Muncie. There are hotels in Muncie.
Are you going to a high school or college B-ball game?

Muncie is about 1 hr and 12 min from Indianapolis on I-69 north. Ball State University is there
