She is 14. She has a boyfriend and she went to an amusement park with him and afterwards they went to his house so she could meet his sister. He asked her if she wanted to have sex. She said no because it's unsafe and stuff. He said he was going to rape her and kill her because of that.
1. she said that he was drunk
2. he's 15 years old
3. we have called the cops and they said no biggy, not to worry.
THE COPS DID NOTHING!

The cops did nothing?! I am aghast, but not surprised. Keep calling them, tell them it IS a "biggy" and that you DO worry! This poor excuse for a human being has threatened your sister's life and that is a crime! If the police continue to do nothing, I suggest taking your story to your local newspaper. They're usually VERY interested in stuff like this. Make sure your sister learns self-defense. Keep a close eye on her for a while and make a note of any suspicious people around her.

Tell her to break up with her and protect her from him. When I say protect, YOU need to protect her. I mean, look at kids now, they want to have sex at 15, it's ridiculous. That's what happens when you go out with the wrong person just for their looks, they're a monster inside but a charm on the outside. Many fall for that trap, leading you to the cliff.

Keep telling adults until someone takes action
Dont let her go out alone for a long time
If it resorts to this: MOVE!
Tell her to break up with him
