Bag kicks, just keep kicking the bag. One thing you can do that will help is to close your eyes and clear your mind and just kick the bag. As you are kicking try not to think about what you are doing and in time you will just do the kicks by instinct and then the speed will come and then more power then you ever thought that you can have. Don't worry about strength or accuracy. Do not ever use ankle weights. Ankle weights can and will destroy the knees due to the access weight on the knees. This will also improve your endurance. I do 800 kicks (not all the same kind) a day with each leg, I am also working on my hands by hitting metal plates 200 times with each hand. I use to fight under the name of James (Swamp rat) Davis, now I just teach.

Run sprints until you vomit , this will increase your endurance a lot. Keep running sprints back to back.
Kicks should be done in three stages to build leg endurance. Chamber, extend and re-chamber. Slower is better. Work on not touching the ground between kicks.
Work a heavy bag everyday.
Running stairs also helps your leg muscles and endurance.

Spar often. I think this is the best bet for all your goals. Try to spar someone using no hands at all. Do not focus on points or victory, just work on fighting with your legs only.

Kicking speed:
Relax. Speed comes from relaxation. Do twenty of every type of kick with each leg. Once you set your foot back down, pause, breath and relax. It will improve the speed of each individual kick.

Reaction time:
Use something that has a blinking light. Every time you see it flash, Kick.

Endurance:
Set the time for 3 minutes and do three rounds of all out kicking. Use full speed and full power, mix up the kicks.

ankle weights from 10lbs to 20lbs will help, look for the kind with adjustable 1lb or 1/2 lb increments, also a weight vest will help in your endurance and will allow you to move faster once you get used to the weight in the vest, once you remove the weighted equipment after several weeks of training with it on you'll be able to move faster and have more endurance.

also try doing kicking and punching techniques on a bag while someone times you nonstop for 2 min intervals, then as you get better, increase the time to 4min and so on up to 8 min, this will also help in endurance training.

1. try to do what the instructors tell u: lift ur knee up, snap the rest of the leg, and bring it back as fast as u can,,, by just keeping these in mind u should get faster.......ohh, and practice
just airkicking is best, but remember to strecht

2. for endurance, we do multiple sets of crunches and pushups, and some basic kicks and punches repeatedly.
some days we also run. I swim on my own to get extra indurance

actually to build fast kicking speed, you need to develop the fast twitch muscle that connects your hip to your leg. You can develop this by doing explosive leg lifts. Standing in place, you lift your knees (bent leg) straight up and fast as you can, drop it (just barely tapping the floor with you foot) and explode back up. After you build up this muscle (the one that lifts your leg) then you work on adding the kick. (It's silly but it's kind of like a can can dancers leg lift, only more explosive)
