It seems like a lot of women have the attitude that sex is something a woman gives to a man, that he owes her for it, and that he should be grateful that she's generous enough to "give" him sex. Why? Isn't sex something that two people share and enjoy equally?

By the way, I'm a guy.

Because men have a knack for being able to engage their penis without engaging any other part of their body, like their mind or their heart. So a lot of women DO feel that a guy should be grateful, because she's not just giving him sex, she's giving him part of herself. Do you have any idea how many women in the world have been mislead by a guy, and gone into an intimate situation with a guy, feeling that deep connection, and the next day or even sometimes the next hour, the guy is done, and done with her, and she's left feeling used?

In a good relationship, sex is shared equally - if you're currently with someone who is dangling it infront of you and wants you to nearly beg, you should probably recognize that she doesn't trust you. That's just my guess. I could be totally wrong.

yes u should be enjoying it equally and you shouldnt owe her anyhting as long as shes not a hooker.LOL Is this person u are speaking of a girlfriend or wife or is it just someone you hook up with every now and then?because that could make a difference if its just someone you hook up with every now and then maybe she is looking for something more.i dont know your situation to well you didnt go far into detail.you both should be grateful for each other that is what sex is about sharing, companionship, love and all of that other mushy stuff.so you dont owe her anything but love and understanding.

Because it is something they give men. Women do not have a sexual drive in the same sense that men do. They don't enjoy or want sex with the frequency or deviancy of a comperable male. In essence the demand for sex from men is greater than the supply women are interrested in offerring so it is a valuable comodity that they control.

Dude, man or woman, your virginity is something that you can only give to one person one time and, lets say you and your future wife each have half of a heart, every time you sleep with another woman you cut off a peice of your half of the heart, and when you get married and when the two halves of that heart come together....hows that heart gunna look? Its gunna have a big hole on your half. I don't no about you, but thats not gunna happen to me, im saving my virginity for my future wife. i hope i helped and if i didn't, oh well.

Because, to many guys are to anxious to get their cookies and leave the wife wondering when it's her turn. If more guys took the time to make their ladies ready there would be more sharing and more sex initiated by women.
By the way I'm a guy too,

i beleive that to but some women might think of it as because they have the whole popin the cherry thing and men dont have anything like that. you also can tell when a grl has not dont it no matter what they say you know but we never know if a guy is really a virgin or not. we have to trust your word. allot of that stuff adds up and makes them think that.

not all women tink that way

I'm not going to blame this all on guys, but the first thing that comes to mind is; this is the way guys think. "I want a piece of that."
"I'd like to blah blah blah.." So for most guys, it's all a gift or something to be taken. And usually it's taken for granted.
I think a good guy will understand what you're trying to say, and the rest of us slobs will most of the time, do without...hehe

Because you're dating younger women and they have a lower sex drive than you do... Once they get to their 30's women want it just as bad as a man if not more.

well, have you seen a naked man!?!!? takes alot of effort to go thru with that..women are built with curves and soft skin. men are hairy, bulky and sweat. ;) just teasing, it is a sharing moment. but have you ever thought the man doesnt allow it to be a sharing moment, when he "finishes" before her, which is the case 90% of the time. we arent expecting to be owed anything for the sex, we aer expecting to be owed for the time lost....hehehehe
