Sure, I could do it tomorrow if motivated. Lets see, the local Electronic Wholesaler has 10,000mcd LEDs on for a buck a piece, so that's about 200 I'll need. also a power supply good for 5 amp, and a box to put it in. I think the whole unit would run about $250.00 for parts.
