look @ the back of the products you use and check and see if it has alcohol in it and stop using it, it's causing your hair to be dry and brittle and increases breakage. Look for products with moisture as the first few ingredients,and that goes for shampoos and conditioners too! If your blk stop relaxing your own hair and leave it w/ the pros's, stop using neutralizing shampoo as regular shampoo because its made to strip the hair etc. try wrapping your hair for a while and keep irons ,blow dryers and etc. out of your hair. wrapping creates it's own moisture.

when my hair gets dry from the sun, i use a Biologie Hydrotherapie deep conditioning Balm. Shampoo normally, then use a good amount of the balm. heres my trick... wrap your hair n a towell with the balm still in. get out of the shower for about 10 /15 minutes. when you get back in rinse rinse rinse. it makes your hair feel like first class and itseasy as pie.

fora good product you have to pay for it. ii suggest redken all soft silk fuel kit. it makes your hair really soft and you get like 6-8 weeks worth for $15

you can make your own conditioner and oil treatment for the oil i use pure olive oil, it works really well, for cond, use mayo.they both work great and are cheap.
