When your deeper into the relationship for like the first 10-11 dates or whatever a guy should pay and then maybe you guys could split it but never let the girl take the bill right away thats horrible

In my case, I'm willing to flip the bill if the date was my idea, and if my guy treats me right. If he's not doing as much giving as he is receiving, then I'd feel resentful and wouldn't want to pay for dates with him anymore, because I don't tolerate being used.
As long as he is a good boyfriend, and is the type to respect women, then I'd love to pay for dates half the time.

Typically the guy pays. However, this really depends on the nature of the relationship. Before I was married I had female friends where our relationship was plutonic and we simply either went dutch or took turns paying. If you have a good woman she will offer to pay sometimes like my wife did before we were married. Notice I said before we were married. LOL. No just kidding. Sometimes my wife still picks up the tab. Peace and God bless.

If I ask a guy to go out with me, I pay. If I'm with a guy and we are a couple, we take turns paying and if one or the other is low on money, the "richer" one pays. I will not, however, hand him the money so that he can pay and not feel like he lost man points.

Its alway ok for you to pay your share......but i think its lovely if a guy pays the way...it shows respect
If you think a guy is paying just so you feel obligated to do anything your not into then pay your way and take that pressure away from you
Do whatever your comfortable with

Its ok for us to pay BUT make sure you have the cash just in case AND don't ask her to pay or "go dutch" let her bring it up if that's what she wants she'll tell you so!

It would depend on who asks whom out first. If you asked her out you pay for it. The only time to ask he to go dutch is if she knows you are seriously broke generally when you know each other for a while. If she asks you out assume she is paying just bring cash in case she expects you to pay and then don't go out with her again.

Because a man is trying to prove that he can be a good provider.
Women feel love through protection Protection emotionally, protection financially, and protection physcially. If you can't provide all 3 or at least the illusion that you can whilst your dating, she will not agree to respect you. Which, is in fact how men feel love, through the respect of a woman.

Yeah you should.... my partner always paid... these days its "our" money so it doesnt really matter who pays now.... but its just a stereo-typical thing that males pay on dates... if you dont you look cheap, unless she offers to pay or go dutch..!
