There is no proper translation for Robert, as it is a name.
If you're looking for a transliteration:
Robert= רוברט
R.A.B= ר.א.ב

I don't think there is a literal translation of Robert. However the letters would be RBRT since Hebrew has no vowels but only vowel symbols that go around the consonants.
Transliterated it would be Resh ר Bet × Resh Tav תּ
or something like that. And Hebrew is read from right to left so if you were to actually use the letters it would be the Hebrew letters for these English ones TRBR in that order.

I don't think there is really a translation. Robert came from the Norse culture and had nothing to do with the semitic people. Rueven might be a name that is as close as your going to get but it isn't Robert in Hebrew.
