What the hell are you talking about? You use science to disprove science and say that it is wrong? Scientist from the past thought that the sun revolved around the earth because they were influenced by the bible. Galileo a scientist knew this to be wrong but was burned at the stake for it for being a heretic. They don't make stuff up, they observe with the data that they have at hand, and I am sorry a bat is not a bird. Where are you getting these uneducated notions. What is the definition of a bird? All birds have a three chambered heart, bats have four like all mammals, birds lay eggs, bats give birth to live young, just like other mammals. Bats have hair, just like other mammals, birds have feathers. You don't need modern genetics to see that a bat is a mammal, you just need an understanding of what a mammal and a bird is. We may have not mastered quantum physics as a species yet but you are using it now, just by getting on the Internet. Do you really have any idea of what you are talking about?

You seem to be very confused. If you only see half a picture and you think it's a dog, but it's not are you stupid? If you then see the rest of the picture and change your first statement are you a hypocrite?
And in what flat surface can you walk in a perfectly straight line and come back to the same point eventually without falling off? And yes, if the big bang is right there was a spec of extremely hot material a long time ago that probably did give off some sort of electromagnetic waves (light). But the Bible is still a book written by a bunch of old men that didn't know any better. They only knew what they could at the time.

Notice what happens when anyone is "miraculously cured". A person is sick, the person prays (or a prayer circle prays for the person) and the person is cured. A religious person looks at it and says, "God performed a miracle because of prayer!" That is the end of it.
A scientist looks at it in a very different way. A scientist looks at it and says, "Prayer had nothing to do with it - there is a natural cause for what we see here. If we understand the natural cause, then we can heal many more people suffering from the same condition."
In other words, it is only by assuming that God is imaginary that science can proceed.

You know, actually, the great thing with science is that it is largely comprised of THEORIES to "explain the unexplainable"
These theories are not rigid, unchangeable laws, so that when more evidence comes into play to either confirm or refute what is believed we are able to USE this knowlege and evolve to bigger better things. Science doesn't INHIBIT humanity, religion opresses and incites war because zealots are incapable of and unwilling to take an occasional objective stance.
Science is slow to create law, and will often do so when empiracle evidence can only indicate one possible cause for a particular occurance.
You, however, will stand steadfast and not take to heart or mind a single thing anyone has to say that does not validate your beliefs. Correct?

Are you serious? Is this an actual question? You are wrong about every thing you said. Bats aren't birds, Space isn't flat and Einstein was the one who said is wasn't. You seem so confused about the world that I surprised you can have an opinion about anything at all.

I guess it's a lot easier to live in ignorance than it is to get an education. Read the bible again, buddy, maybe it will say somewhere how to get your head out of your a$s.

Religion is against science. Religion makes claims of absolute truth without any evidence and tries to rationalize away any evidence that contradicts it. Science looks at evidence and makes theories to explain it, realizing the we'll never know everything and can only approach truth. Science admits when it is wrong.

At least science can admit that it was wrong.
