Completely dry the cat with a hair dryer. Just be careful not to burn the cat.
If you have a cat carrier, place a dry towel in the carrier with the cat and direct the warm air from the hair dryer to blow on the cat. When you think she is dry, take her out and make sure her tail and inside her back legs and chest are completely dry.

Use several bath towels. When one gets pretty damp use a dryer one. The kitten will be OK. Don't use a hair dryer or anything like that. You could get it too hot for the kitten.

She'll be fine. A bath can't hurt. Just keep her warm & get her dry. The hairdryer is a good idea but it may scare her. How old is your sister & why was she not supervised? This could have been worse, God forbid. Cuddle her (the cat not your sister).

Just towel her dry, and keep her close to you. Your body heat will warm her up. Or put her on a covered hot water bottle. Cats don't like water, but it won't kill them having the odd dunk.

My cat used to like to sit on the edge of the tub and try to get the bubbles. She fell in a few times but still likes to watch the water. She also likes to drink water in the shower and I have to almost drag her out when I need to take one, she has gotten used to getting wet.
