I don't really sew, but I am fairly creative. I just have no idea where to start! I would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks :)

get one of those foam eggcrate mattress cover things in yellow, or beige, or whatever they come in.... cut a piece, add armholes, staple it in the back. have her wear white sweats underneath. maybe even stencil "twinkie" across the front in red. just to make sure people get the point.

Get her a plain yellow sweatsuit from the store, and a white turtle neck,. Make sure to have a hoodie jacket. Get her a straw cowboy hat and a piece of extra material. Hot glue the extra material around the hat and with the glitter glue pen write "Twinkie the kid". Tie a bandana around her neck and get her a pair of boys brown cowboy boots from Wal-Mart. Theyre bout $15 but worth the price my 8 yr old daughter has a pair she wears all the time. And a pair of white gloves. Have her put on the hood and then the hat. And tuck her pants into the boots. Affordable and everythig can be re used. This is the twinkie character, Twinkie the kid.

Buy a sheet that is the color of the twinkies,put the middle of it to the back of her, less that half way down make a hole of both sides for her arms to go thru, Now get a pillow and cut it lengthwise put one on either side of her and wrap the sheet over it forming the twinkie. Now take large globs of white cotton and put that on her body attaching it with glue that will be the cream. on her hear to can use a beanie or a stocking to cover the hair.

I think I know what a Twinkie is...yellow cake outside and white frosting on the inside. I don't know if there's jam in there.
Get a piece of yellow foam, like the kind you'd use to sit or sleep on - make sure it's no more than 2" thick. Roll it and stitch it so it's a roll. Then get a white toque or woollen hat and white leotards - that oughta do it.

My opinion is if anyone in your family sews then you can draw out the idea of it and then you could get them to make it!! Tell your daughter to have fun! Shes such a twinkie!! jk

Get a kingsized pillow case either in a "twinkie" color or you can dye it, take fabric paing and add three "cream" dots down the front of it. Make up her face to match the pillow case, get some tights/leggins in the same color as the pillow case, shoes the same or white find a ski cap the same color...voila twinkie

That is SO funny. I wouldn't know about how to go about making a twinkie either - but I think it is cute & sweet.
I guess you could try to grab some yellow material, run a seam down the side and stuff it? It makes me think of the banana on that fruit of the loom commercial. Kinda like that. Make a hole for her face??? It would be very cute.

some times in the sewing department of wal mart they have patterns there might be a costume like a twinkie but if they do you might want to make one for yourself because twinkies usually come in pairs.

Find a hardware store that sells the tan foam padding in large sheets. Shape and hot glue it together and you can paint the bottom part of the twinkie brown and the "frosting holes" white.

Get some gold fleece or cotton and add stuffing to make the twinkie...and have the stuffing stick out the end for the creme
