I should have added "when exercising." This is not the resting heart rate I'm concerned about.

Anything greater than 100 is abnormal.

normal BP is 120/80,you don't really reach a unsafe zone until 130/90.if your talking about pulse adult resting pulse is 60-80 beats a minute
