Im 14 now. I got that when i was about her age. I thought i was going to die. Its normal though. Its just her breast developing. I would try to look something online and you check it or have her check it. She is still young, and going through alot of changes, and may be embaressed about it. Dont let her feel ashamed of her body though. If she is truely comfortable with going to the doctor then that would be the best thing. My mom let me grow up ashamed of my body, and im still not that comfortable with it. Just make sure your little girl isnt, that is a terrible thing. I am almost positive she is fine though, i went through the same thing, and dont let her worry and think she is going to die. Like i did (lol)...

Have it checked out by the doctor. Being that she is nine, she probably isn't in any danger. It is probably a cyst, many people have them, and most don't even know it. My brother gets them on occasion.

Let the doctor investigate. If you daughter is healthy otherwise, feels good and plays normal and has no signs of sickness, you shouldn't be worried, and don't let her see you worried. She counts on you for everything.

that IS her breast forming. mine developed at 9 and i was a b cup by 12. i overdevelop even as an adult. it's actually a disorder but men would argue that lol. but seriously try to remember when you were developing, do you remember a 'ball'. ask your pediatrician to give her an exam. because though it is just part of puberty she still needs to make sure she gets checked. take care and try to take her to a female doctor. she is growing up and may feel ambarrassed with a male doctor.

Even though she is awfully it could be any number of different things so maybe to be safe you should call a Gynecologist and see what they say I'm sure they'll know what it is and maybe even how to fix it.

It could be a cyst, or it could be a clogged milk duct from her body changing. I would have It looked at by a Dr. asap. I don't think its breast cancer but these days you never know.

it's the beginning of her breast tissue! :) it's not breast cancer. unless it's very painful to the touch and hot (in which case you should see a doc), the other one should pop up soon.

Take her to her physician.....he or she may order a breast ultrasound to see if it's a cyst or anything else.

It could be an abcess. I unfortunately had one about 10 years ago. Please get her checked out. Good luck to both of you.
