I would sit behind him one day and w/o his knowledge tape record him quietly. Then everytime he goes to interrupt, I'd turn it up and insist the class stays quiet until the "Genius" speaks. All should call him teacher perhaps also. If he has to copy someone I'd say "for someone who thinks he's so smart and not a donkey's ***, you have no orignial thoughts?"

Most REAL geniuses have no problems originally thinking outisde the box, your ego perhaps blocking your intelligence?

And walk off!

But that's just what I did fifteen years ago! May not work for u!

he always talks during the lesson by the teacher thus needs to copy from someone else...only fools who are ignorant like to hear themselves talk and not listen to the wisdom of others...

option 1: let this "prideful" classmate know this has to stop before the teacher finds out and gives all parties involved in "cheating on an assignment/test" a zero!

option 2: inform the teacher of the copying of assignments/tests before they inform you about their "caught cheating" policy!

option 3: set up this "prideful" classmate with the complete wrong answers to "dupe" them and when they claim "but Jane got an A and and got an F when copied her answers Ms. Crabtree"...busted!

Some children are naturally exuberant and outspoken. It is the kindest and smartest act then to approach your teacher, in confidence, and request a meeting between that student, the teacher and a representative from your class to discuss the problem. Ask the teacher to act as a moderator, rather than as a disciplinarian. Prepare yourself with good, solid, valid reasons why his behavior is disturbing to the class. And, remember to compliment him as well as criticize him. You'll be the winner in the long run.

If you don't want to be near him, ask to be moved to another seat. If the teacher won't move you, go to the principal about it. Kids like that are a distraction and it's unfair to the rest of the class.

I had a cousin like that, he was loud and very annoying. All I did was ignore him. If he poked me, I didn't react, if he teased me I pretended not to hear. After a while he gets bored and moves on to someone else, therefore leaving you alone! Ta dah!

he is new and trying to get attention... ignore him ... the teacher will pick up on him soon and he will look stupid.

If he is copying you say "stop copying me" "you are making yourself look bad"

Or put your hand up and ask the teacher if it is okay for dumba@@ to copy you... that will take care of him... don't say dumb... but find a good word for him that won't get you in trouble

let him cheat. let him talk. just be focused on you and your work, and when the time comes around for him to take a test, he will fail and eventually pay the consequence for his rude actions.

tell him face front that you don't like what he is doing and that he distracts the learning atmosphere of the class.
