YOUR FRIEND NEEDS TO TELL SOMEBODY. IS HE AFRAID THAT HE'LL GET IN TROUBLE FOR A HURTING STOMACH OR SOMETHING??? I DON'T SEE THE BIG DEAL. HE'S OBVIOUSLY JUST SCARED OF SOMETHING ELSE. ASK HIM WHAT IT IS. OK, BUT MAYBE YOU WANNA THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU DO. IF HE DOESN'T TELL SOON, YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO BE A GOOD/BAD FRIEND AND TELL HIS PARENTS. BUT WHAT IF IT SUDDENLY "CLEARS UP"? I DON'T KNOW, REALLY. YOU COULD TAKE HIM TO THE SCHOOL NURSE AND SHE COULD THINK OF SOMETHING THAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH HIM. BUT THEN AGAIN, SHE COULD CALL HIS PARENTS, SO IT'S PROBABLY BETTER TO AVOID ALL THAT CRAPP. MY POINT IS: is he eating enough? is he taking any medication that might cause side effects? just research stuff like that. if he is taking medication though, take him to the doctor immediately. this is a life/death sitch then. otherwise, he might just be getting the flu (flu-season) or something, so it's no big deal. I HOPE THIS HELPED.

Go see a doctor. And, if a minor, tell his parents. Stomach pains that last more then a week MIGHT be serious. It could also be constapation, a low fiber diet can cause that. It can also be ulcers. Go see a doctor.

I'm no doctor myself so I wouldn't be able to give any comments on his ailment. Your friend told you his pain as a manifestation of trust in you. Being his true friend, I suggest that you inform his parents about this for them to propertly have him checked by a doctor and as soon as possible. True friends share secrets as well as hurt feelings so act as one by informing about his sickness to the proper people. This might really be a serious problem so be his true friend by telling the truth.

It could be gas, or it could be his appendix (lower right hand side of tummy btw).
Try to get him to take 2 altoids (you know that curiously strong peppermint) with cool (not ice) water.
This will relieve tummy ache within 20-40 minutes if its gas.
If not, a doctor may not be a bad way to go--"MEN"!

If I were in your situation, I would tell his parents that their son is having stomach pain.
