I was adopting a cat, saw her, was coming back that weekend 4 her. the lady who was housing her had many other cats 4 adoption and of her own. she asked a neighbor to house her and put her on her front porch. when the neighbor went over to go get her the cat wasn't there and she thought that the woman had brought her back inside her house. The lady I was gonna adopt the orange cat from thinks that someone picked her up and has her in her own house since the cat doesn't wonder far from their front porch and is mostly a indoor cat. I'm trying to do whatever it takes to find this cat. what's the best solutions. I will do absoultely anything. she was perfect! thanks!

Maybe she accidentally gave it away to someone else. There are lots of little animals that need homes at the Humane Society in your area. The ones not adopted from there are usually put to sleep within a 2 week period, usually not even that long. Maybe you should consider that.

Good luck either way.

Call the animal shelter and see if she was picked up. You may have to go there and scout out the cats. Post Lost notices with her description and general area with a reasonable reward.

Um, there are hundreds more cats where she came from. Start your search again. What are you going to do if the cat was adopted out to someone else? Grab her away from them? Not likely.
Pick another cat!!

Run classified ads, post up pictures of her on flyers, call radio station to announce it, some let you do that. Visit the shelter and post pictures there.

The lady that had it can leave food outside her door and look out for it, but other then that, and fliers, you might be doomed.
