theres going to be a lot of jelousy between you and the "friend" she will try to steal him from you and will try to hurt you every way she can and it will be awkward to see her around or to see him and her talking or hanging out. pluse, you don't want to be with a guy like that because what if you get together and he wants to keep her around, next thing you know, he's either cheating or asking you for a threesome with him and her.
Do you know for sure that he only has one "friend" or more. Are these the types of relationships he likes to have? only friends while he dates and sleeps with other women?
then what if you break up, will he ask you to be his new friend with benefits and you will feel jeleous over his next gf.
just find someone better and hotter, there always will be.
