Atkins diet. You'll have so much diarreah because you're not used to eating the meat that the weight will just slide away, no pun intended. Well, actually, pun definitely intended.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Oatmeal sweetened w/ apple, or pineapple juice concentrate, or whole grain toast w/ 1 T. peanut butter and warm apple sauce over top. Or whole grain waffle or pancake w/ syrup made w/ grape or apple juice conc. thickened w/ cornstarch. Leave off butter if you haven't already. Eat large salad for lunch w/ sunflower seeds/raw and if you eat supper then something very light like whole grain cereal w/ soy milk, rice milk or nut milk etc. and a fruit. Don't eat in between meals and make meals 4-5 hrs. apart. Drink 8-8oz. glasses of water 1/2hr. before a meal and 1 hr. after. and in between meals. Do not drink w./ your meals as it interferes w./ digestion. And find an exercise routine that you are comfortable with that doesn't burn you out. Maybe just walk, but keep moving. I am a vegetarian and went on this program and lost 35 lbs. I know others have lost much more. The good thing is that it is totally vegetarian and healthy.

it's not really a diet, but it helps. do six crunches each day, very slowly, like ten count up and ten count down. the slowness will enhance it and stuffs. do it for like two weeks, and u'll lose like two inches, also each special k for breakfast, and stick with fruits ,veggies, and like chicken for meat.

you can eat the same foods in smaller portions. the secret to weight loss however is exercise not diet.
