STJ is a syndrome: a severe form of erythema multiforme involving the skin and mucous membranes: symptoms are malaise, prostration, headache, fever, arthralgia, and conjuctivitis.

(erythema = redness of the skin; multiforme = in many forms)
It is often a reaction to medication
