Your best bet is to work out at least 1 hour EVERY DAY.

Have you been doing any kind of exercising? What you want to be careful with is extremes. If you haven't been doing anything like this you will want to do no more than a hour. What will you be doing? Classes? Weight training? If you go to classes, it's a good idea to let the instructor know you are new, so she can help you some. If you're going to begin weight training try to get a trainer so you don't get hurt! You will want your weights to be light to start and be sure to warm up first. 2-3 hrs isn't realistic if you're just beginning. A good hour of one of these will be enough for awhile and you will lose weight IF you watch your food intake too and eat healthy.

I gained over 30+ pounds with my son during my pregnancy. After, I did Denise Austin Daily Workout On Lifetime TV, she helped me get lean, cut, and downright sexy in just a few months. I did her about 5 times a week. I NEVER felt better. And guess what? It's 30 min a day! It totally works! Free, brainless and fun! She'll make you feel like a million!

Try using xenical along with your work out. I did the same thing like you and I can see the difference. I can give you the link of one of the online pharmacy from where I bought my xenical. You have to take it one capsule three times a day.
