My friend is 48 and lives in the UK, she would like to live here. How can we fix it so she can. She doesnt have any super critical skills or anything. Is it possible to find her a nanny position in the U.S. and then she could come?

Why would someone from England want to live in this P.O.S. worthless, good for nothing, land of the scumbags who have destroyed the world, and who should shut up and mind their own business ( at least until someone needs help that is )since that's the impression I get from reading many of these questions.

I don't know anything about this, but do have friends & family who have faxed resumes to companies while they were in other countries before getting out of the military. Could she send her resume to some nanny services & see if anyone is interested in her?
