Yeah.... that's pretty thin.. eat more junk food!! at 14 you are probably pretty active, you probably just have a fast metabolism. if you are eating right and feel healthy that's probably all it is.....now if you keep losing weight like that( four pounds every two weeks) you might want to take a trip to the doctors just in case.four pounds does not sound like much, but when you only weigh 91 pounds to begin with..its a lot to loose.......

were you trying to lose weight? if so, don't. at your height, an ideal weight is around 115-125 pounds (i mean ideal in the medical sense, not what cosmo is selling as the ideal). talk to a nutritionist about healthy foods that will help you gain weight. the body needs to be a certain weight and get certain foods to carry on its functions appropriately, and a health professional can help you devise a plan for healthy living.
i guess it's also important to know if you have reached puberty. if not, your metabolism may still be like that of a younger child. once you do reach puberty, your metabolism will slow down and you will put on weight. then it's even more important to eat healthy and exercise to maintain your ideal weight.
good luck!

I suggest reading the following site, as it has a lot of good information on teenager's concerns on weight.
Certainly, though, a loss of 4# over a week's time shouldn't be a concern unless it's consistant, week after week. It is normal for a human body to gain or loose up to 5# per day. Your weight will vary from morning to night. You gain a bit when you drink or eat, you lose a bit when you excercise.

Most people fluctuate 4-5 pounds during the week depending upon diet, exercise and water intake. I would consult a doctor or nutritionist for ideas on what is a healthy weight for your age, height, and body frame.

If you're trying to lose weight, you could be anorexic. If your're not trying to lose weight and are, you may need to see a doctor. 91 pounds at 5'4 is really thin.
