I'm only 21...how can I prevent this from happening if i do loose weight. Can I do excercises to keep them perky?

Yes they will sag, excercise barely helps. You might want to consider augmentation.

As has been mentioned already, exercise is key to perky breasts. Remember the ol' jingle... "We must, we must... We must improve our bust... It's better, it's better... it's better for our sweater." However, with weight and age comes different factors. One issue is the size of your breasts to begin with. What is normal for you, may not be normal to someone else.

If your breasts have increased due to weight gain, you may experience loose skin due to loss of elasticity if you are older. However, you are only 21. Many women at your age gain tremendous breast weight during pregnancy and retain larger breasts until after the nursing stage has passed**. Once they've lost the excess weight, they return to a normal size without issues of sag due to skin texture. However, they do tend to have another issue with stretch marks.

I recommend vitamin E oil and/or coconut oil as some of the effective treatments for stretch marks. Then again, in these times there may be more effective products available.

To conclude, I doubt you will have an issue with loose skin, exercise will assuredly help with muscular tone, and a skin treatment like "E" and Coconut oil will be useful for the stretch marks.

**note: For those of you that are having a baby, I don't recommend that shot they give you to dry your milk. It reduces your breast size too quickly and those that are normally a C will usually end up a B and will remain so for quite a few years later. This is great if you are a DD, but not good if you are an A.

if your currently real fat all over they will sag.
if your pudgy but they are sitting there all perky and gorgous, plump and well you know then probably not.
you can do some chest exercises to help out however.
as you age though they will ultimately fall.

you generally start to lose weight as long as breast size, considering your breasts are fat as well, if you wanna keep em perky just eat right and excercize! you wont sag if your in proportion unless its genetic and you have too big of breasts for your size.

It all depends on how much weight you lose and how you do it. My advice is go to a really good gym and ask. They'll be able to help!

continue to diet and exercise if u want, but wear the rite bra,one thatl mayb pushup

sagging is gonna occur no matter what you do. stay fit and healthy and wear only well fitted bras.
