Simple. CANADA! We have everything the US does, but better, cleaner, larger, tastier. Our dollar is almost as strong as yours, our economy in through the roof, and yes, public education and public healthcare. Our future just looks brighter, with our oil potential we will be living like the Saudis in a few years, but with out the sand and in a democratic society. Its too bad the mexicans who go to the us are so disallusioned, they should come to Canada! There is a labour shortage damn it! Oh ya, we are not war mongers trading blood for oil. And the BEER! The WOMEN, The WIDE OPEN SPACES!! Freedom at its best!

There is no better country to live in than the USA. What makes Me angry is that the potential for the quality of living in the USA is constantly being dragged down by so many stupid people. To much greed, hate, and male egos. If every leader of all the countrys in the world could accept the concept of peaceful give and take, this Earth could be called the United Nations of the World. A small community can get together and help all those in need. That needs to be expanded to include all human beings on Earth. A simple concept that works. Every Country of the world could be living very well with all the money that has been wasted on War, Greed, Hate, Jealosy, Fear, Egos. I think the USA has been trying very hard to unite the World, not trying to take it over.

Anyone who does not agree with what I have said is contributing to the fact that the Human Race is going to kill its self.

Have a nice after life.

Maybe I am not understanding where you are coming from. As part of the anti-war movement I don't understand how you can lump us into the "anti-american" category. We just don't like solving the world's problems with violence.
Do you think that all of us would be making such a fuss if we DIDN'T want to live in the U.S.? Would we care at all? We do care, we do love our country and we have the RIGHT to voice our opinions. Maybe all of the pro-war movement should live in another country that employs war as a means of solving problems. Oh wait, you already do. Sadly enough, we share this country, I guess we should all get along and listen to each other. We all have viable points and that's what makes America great.

America is apparently the best, or at least that's what I've heard from quite a few people who have come here to live and after a few years here go back to their home country for a visit and couldn't wait to come back to the US. As far as the Mexicans going to Canada I'd be more than willing to put them on planes and let the Canadians have them, no problem.

Good luck getting good answers from this. Americans are entitled to their opinions, that is what makes this country great, but when you ask them to back up those opinions, you see how intelligent they really are. Most are just jumping on this anti-Bush bandwagon because it is popular, but they really have no real reason to dislike the man, or the current leadership. It is just popular to do so.

God Bless the U.S.A. and all the people in it!

No. If there was a better country to live in we'd live there. The reason people complain about America and protest the actions of it's Government is the hope that it will drive people to make the country a better place. If the outcry of Americans is difficult for you to listen to perhaps you should look for an inferior coutry that you can tollerate or maybe you could just work on improving the Country you live in.

Things are mostly good here in the US, and I DO have respect for military folks, and I am thankful that I was never drafted since I was only a kid during the Viet Nam war. I do still sometimes question WHY wars are started in our name, when peace seems like a viable option to me; although I don't have all the details so don't presume to know best about it. Just my gut feeling about it.

I think maybe Sweden would be a better place to live. Free education, free health care, good massage schools, etc, maybe I'm wrong about it.

Bravo on the question. I am an 8 yr Veteran and have been to many other countries. Some were nice to visit and have some redeeming values, but I wouldn't want to live in any other nation. :-)

If I was rich I would move to Cuba. Great schools, they have a literacy rate equal to the U.S. Great healthcare again on par with most first world countries. Cheap living, good liquor, good cigars and the ability to be major player in a countries government.
