There ARE no good blue drinks. Blue curacao is flavoring agents and blue food coloring and it's nasty. You could use it in a margarita instead of Triple Sec.
Wait a minute. I have a winner for you but you'll have to cheat a little bit.
Make Pomiritas (Pomegranite Margaritas) and put a few drops of blue food coloring into it. Here's the recipe:
2 parts inexpensive Tequila
1part Sweet 'n Sour
1 part Pomegranite Juice
a few drops blue food coloring
Mix it all together and refrigerate. Serve on the rocks without salt on the rims. Good luck!

Blue Margaritas, Blue Hawaiian, Electric Lemonade,Blue Kamikazes (shots)
For the margaritas and the kamikazes simply substitute blue curacao for the triple sec.
For the blue Hawaiian, I suggest using coconut rum (1 shot) and blue curacao (1/2 shot) and pineapple juice. It's that simple.
For the electric lemonade which contains 1/2 shot each vodka, gin, rum, tequila, blue curacao and mix with sour mix. (similar to Long Island Iced Tea)
Also a drink which I do not know if there is a name for. It contain vodka, Hypnotiq, and pineapple juice.

I would suggest UV Vodka with 7up, or lemonade. That is a very good blue drink. I have also had Blue Maui with 7up. They make a cheaper brand of UV Vodka, it is called Blue Wave. Not as much flavor, but still good.
