I am 165 pounds and i am 5' 9'' my bmr is 1841.05, my body fat percentage is 15.06, and my bmi is 24.36. I know that is good but i still have a little pooch, that i want to get rid of. Please can anyone give me a good diet to go on to get rid of this i run 3 miles a day. If you could actually give me a list of foods i should eat and give me how much of what foods i can have at each meal, and just every little detail that you can possibly give me i will chose you as the best answer. I have tried to go on a diet and was always still soooooo hungry after each meal. Please give me foods i can eat at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and not be hungry after each meal.

instead of dieting just do differant types of exersizes. Running tones your calves and thighs but nothing else. Try doing pilates or some sittups with a ball. I go to a yoga fit ball class and that really has worked wonders on my stomach.

RealAge (health media co.) has a great diet and nutrition center on their website, http://www.realage.com/NutritionCenter/intro.aspx.
All information is based on peer-reviewed science - there's even a review of the best-known diets from a science perspective.

RealAge (and the data shows) that diets don't work and that the best long-term (and healthiest) approach is to eat with a strategy of "high nutrient density and low caloric density". Sounds difficult but learning that things like walnuts, cheese, dark fruits and veggies, wine, chocolate and more are GOOD for you (if in moderation) makes the job seem easier.

Good luck!

Go to www.mypyramid.gov and simply enter your age, gender, and activity level. It will give you a complete list of foods to eat and how much from each food group.

You could try out South Beach Diet. They claim to "Lose belly fat"
But please do not start any diets without talking to your doctor first.
