I think part of the reason he told you is because if you forgave him he could use that as an excuse to do it again since he could tell himself you were willing to accept it. I just don't buy any of the BS that they can't help it or whatever. Anyone can be loyal if they deciede to and want to regardless of gender. I think you should turn into ladyparadise666 not 777 and kick him to the curb. It just sounds like you deserve better.

Well it happened , may be again, but this time he told you. If he is working on a boat, Why was he drinking? Why, knowing he's far from you, he got along with the temptation? There is no excuse for him and may be it was his 1st time, even when I don't think so and he was honest telling you, but How many times will he be honest? In my country we here's a said that goes "Is easier to say 'I'm sorry' than ask for permission" If I was you I wouldn't go backwards, keep you decision. Good luck.

I think maybe he feel guilty about it? Well, even if you don't believe that he had the balls to tell you that he cheated, it is better than other mens that didn't have the guts to tell their gf or spouse and cheated on them for several month or years...Now you know that he cheated you can make choices ..... Either leave him or stay with him.... But if you stay with him you have to make sure that the next time he won't cheat and have sex with a random girl... And not blamed it on the alcohol that make him cheated and not just because of his action

Be grateful he thought enough about you to tell you. STD's can not all be detected in 2 weeks. If you give him another chance make sure he uses condoms. If he wants to know why tell him you need to gain trust in him again before you will go without.

i think of which you should merely end it. He might not be bodily cheating on you yet while he seems to somebody else to fulfill his emotional desires like a female chum might, the courting is rather plenty over already. additionally, in case you do not end it he will probable circulate at the back of your back and circulate to her returned. merely the reality that he's attempting to hit upon a loophole out of the reality that he's being neglectful in the direction of you shows that he cares greater approximately "getting out of worry with you" quite than apologizing. He might additionally probable be making plans on breaking apart with you interior the 1st place if he already has a back-up/ love activity so that is going to sense so plenty greater valuable in case you do it your self. i understand that is harder to do than I say that's yet i've got been in an analogous challenge and that i want i might've broken up with my ex while he began appearing shady like that. It grew to become out he became making plans on breaking apart with me. 2 weeks after he did, he began courting the girl i became suspicious of. Be solid!

Well he did tell you and thats at least something. Only you can decide if you can forgive but trust is a big thing in a relationship and if you haven't got that anymore....well, its just a matter of time.

More than likely, he could not live with the guilt. I guess that's good and bad. Good because he doesn't cheat often and actually felt guilty. Bad because he didn't think about how it would affect you.

Hey, he was honest in letting you know he didn't respect you or cherish what the two of you were supposed to have together.
I, however, would not do such a thing. Come ashore, and let a real man prove that honesty AND respect for a woman still exists.
