Malachi 3:8 Will a man rob God? yet you are robbing me! But you say how, 'How have we robbed you?' In tithes and offerings.

I don't really understand your question.
By asking "where in the Bible, Priests are robbing God?" there is no clear focus on what you are looking for in the Bible to justify a where or what Priests are robbing from God.
So, there is no way to answer the question objectivley without assuming what you happen to be talking about. To do so, would not give your question justice either way, so I will have to refrain from answering this question.

It was prophetic that in the last days the priest and prophet would do it for a bribe. Isaiah 28:7 read above and below that .
Micah 3:11 showing that priests do it for the money but would say to the people god is with us.
Then when Jesus walked the earth the lied and stole and so very corrupt. Matthew 16:14 Says the religious leaders were money lovers. They saw his miracles and yet smeared at him and tried to get him killed. So the religious leaders are sometimes in it for the money. They use religion to further there own means whether it be politics or power or just money.
Jesus said, watch them they are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Malachi 3 is the closest I can come... God says that all Israel is robbing Him, and the priests would be included in that.

I think it's in the last chapter of Malachi where it says they rob God in tithes and offerings.
