The software will not send my e-mail to one of the subscribers. What is going on?

Within Yahoo Personals I am trying to respond to someone with whom I have been communicating. When I click the "Send" block nothing happens.

who ever you're communicating with probably clicked to ignore you. If not then probably a clitch of some sort
