Look for a button somewhere near the motor or blade. It might be black. Just look for something that might push in. A lot of circular saws have a button that locks the blade so you can use the wrench to loosed the bolt without the blade turning. Depending on the saw, some of the bolts that hold the blade are left-handed. In other words, to loosen it you turn it backwards from normal, or clockwise.

Where did you bought? You can go to Montgomery ward, sears or any place where they fix saws. if you ask nice, they'll tell you!!
