Get him by his self. Most guys play a lot in front of their friends and will act out and hurt your feelings unintentionally if their friends question his motives.

Just go up to him and say it like you mean it.. or just say can i speek to you in " Private " as in somewhere in the distance where his cousins are not with him. and just say i like you . and his respond you may like it or not.. just take a try and be strong.
