OK, so like yeah why are people's hair colors different than their skins?

I understand if people dye their hair... I'm talkin natural here.

Hair is not dead skin cells, it's simply made of the same protein. The cortex of the hair is what determines the color.

Hair is not just not dead skin cells. Cells are coloured by pigment. There are many different shades of pigment. That's why we have so many skin colours and hair colours (not including hair dyes)

it kinda depends on your family genes. but i dont think that hair is JUST dead skin cells its other stuff that your body produces too.

hair isn't dead skin cells...it is keratin, a substance your body produces. it also makes you fingernails
