ok he has a baseball one day i was down in my basement doing homework and my brother is outside playing and before he leaves i tell him to get ready for his game at 4:15. and he goes out side and plays. so at about 4 i hear the door open and i thought he has coming inbut i was wrong he just can in to get a drink. my neighbors had to take him so when 4:30 came he wasnt ready. so i am still downstairs doing my homework and i hear the door again i when up stairs and there he was not ready or anything .so big fight happened he left for his game { late like at 4:45 and the dad who took him is the coach} so when my mom gets home she said it was my falt and it wasn at all my brothers {keep in mine he is in 4th grade so he is not like 5} falt at all so i get all the blame. and when he comes home he said that he did not even know about the game and that he did not hear me tell him to be in by 4:15. { and he even said ok i will before he left. so now i am in trouble . and what do u think .......

i can not have a meeting or something like that cuz my mom is always so busy with my sister in high school and she being on a slect softball team. and my brother is my loser brother.i and i could not play on a slect softball teamm because my sister is more importain

It seems to me that your Mom has him spoiled... Sit down with your Mom and let her know what you are feeling and let her know, that your brother is old enough to start taking responsibility for the things he needs to do.
It is not correct for you to take the blame, but also remember that even though he is old enough, he still needs to be reminded of things and you still need to be on top of him.... He is still just interested in just having fun.... Tell your mother to ask him, if he really wants to play.. Because if he doesn't he will not take interest and initiative to make sure he is ready...

Family meeting time! Talk 2 your family. They have to work with you here. Find out why they baby your brother so much...and why he milks it....mayb you'll get somethings your way then. Just remember: DONT YELL. come in a mature and calm voice explaining all your reasons. before the family meeting, make a list of possible reasons your parents could come up with for babying your brother, and find comebacks(calm ones)for all of them . good luck, and remember:DONT YELL!!!

out right tell your mom she is wrong. stand up to her and don't back down. if she wants you to watch your brother then he will have to go by your rules while mom is gone. if he can play out side then you should be able to do your work downstairs when she isn't there, she feels you are old enough and responsible enough to watch your brother then she should be thinking about him obeying you. and all you are doing is showing your brother he can over power you if you don't stand for your rights.

Everything u just told us u need to tell them..You need to let them know how you feel in a very calm voice. Set them down and have a talk with them...Let them know what really happen and how u really feel about it and about your brother.If nothing chances after that then you have done your best.

Your brother is a spoiled brat who loves to get you into trouble. Try and talk to your mom. I know she thinks everything is your fault, but try talking to her sometime when she isn't mad. Let her know how many times you told him to get ready.
