This is the answer I gave to a 9/11?.
God is omnipotent & yes, He allowed 9/11 to happen to wake us Americans up. And it did for a while. But now we are turning away from Him again. This is very scary if you think about it very long. Look at other world powers who denied God, diliberately went against what He says in His word - Babylon, The Roman Empire, etc. And just look at Israel, His own chosen nation- what happened to them when they forgot God? They were allowed to be overtaken by their enemies. We are just asking for it with the laws we make and the do what ever you want to do,"it's all about me" and no one can tell me I'm wrong society we have. God surely must be cringing at our television shows, movies, books, and the way we live in general. I doubt it will belong before He allows the same thing to happen the USA. i love being an American but I have to ask why should we expect God Bless the USA when we don't give Him the glory with our actions? We had better wake up and soon!

I am NOT saying that God made the terrorists attack just to get our attention, I'm saying He ALLOWED it... Big difference.

we need to get back to the mindset of " America, Bless God." not this selfish " God Bless america". God isnt blessing us because we arent following His will.
If we didnt vote for people who take the ten commandments out of courthouses, and maybe repent occasionally, I think we'd be in much better shape.
and yes, I agree with you. however, james 1:1-5 says to count it all as joy when you face various trials and temptations. Faith worketh Perseverance".
I hope that helped

No, not at all. I really can't understand how you would think that. God sent a bunch of radical nut jobs to kill (some very slowly and painfully) thousands of people just to send the rest of us a message? No. This is craziness. I'm sorry you've been taught to live in such a fearful trodden on way. Your life is your life, no gods can take it away or change it.

With respect for your religious beliefs, I think you're surrounding a purely earthly event with smoke and mirrors, imagining a battle of supernatural forces taking place in the background. That so obscures the real issues that I think it's terribly sad. What happened on 9/11 and 7/7 were terrorist acts committed by violent fanatics with no respect for anyone who doesn't believe precisely as they do. This isn't about gods and demons. It's about fanaticism and intolerance.

If you want to wake up and do something, then do something about the Dominionists. Christian 'Dominionists' (Reconstructionalists, Theonomists) have largely usurped the local level political apparatus of the Republican Party, and are engaged in a sub rosa process to politically motivate moderate Christians under the false cover of religious issues such as morality and family values. The goal is nothing less than the takeover of all elective offices in the USA.
Their doctrine comes from the Bible, starting with the term 'dominion' at Genesis 1:28... “And God said unto them, [Adam and Eve] Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have DOMINION… over every living thing.” They interpret DOMINION as: “... a supremacy in determining and directing the actions of others or in governing politically, socially, or personally.”
They want to remake the USA as a theocracy... and they are succeeding.
Its most common form, Dominionism, represents one of the most extreme forms of Fundamentalist Christianity thought. Its followers, called Dominionists, are attempting to convert the laws of United States so that they match those of the Hebrew Scriptures. They intend to achieve this by using the freedom of religion in the US to train a generation of children via home-schooling and in private Christian religious schools. Later, their graduates will be charged with the responsibility of creating a new Bible-based political, religious and social order. One of the first tasks of this order will be to eliminate religious choice and freedom. Their eventual goal is to achieve the "Kingdom of God" in which much of the world is converted to Christianity. They feel that the power of God's word will bring about this conversion. No armed force or insurrection will be needed; in fact, they believe that there will be little opposition to their plan. People will willingly accept it. All that needs to be done is to properly explain it to them.
All religious organizations, congregations etc. other than strictly Fundamentalist Christianity would be suppressed. Nonconforming Evangelical, main line and liberal Christian religious institutions would no longer be allowed to hold services, organize, proselytize, etc. Society would revert to the laws and punishments of the Hebrew Scriptures. Any person who advocated or practiced other religious beliefs outside of their home would be tried for idolatry and executed. Blasphemy, adultery and homosexual behavior would be criminalized; those found guilty would also be executed. There are two conservative Christian pastors in Texas who have advocated the execution of all Wiccans. Ralph Reed, the executive director of the conservative public policy group the Christian Coalition has criticized Reconstructionism as "an authoritarian ideology that threatens the most basic civil liberties of a free and democratic society."
By failing to openly confront this insidious agenda, we have sown the seeds of our own destruction, while these religious wing-nuts are paving the way to Armageddon with gleeful anticipation.

If it's written... and it's time.... then it's Revelation.
it was written that the son of God was coming, and he rode a donkey.
So it is written that Jesus is coming back again...... nothing is going to stop it.... if it's time...... even if every knee were to bend, God would have compassion, but he's not a liar.
