Who has understood the mind of the LORD,
or instructed him as his counselor?
14 Whom did the LORD consult to enlighten him,
and who taught him the right way?
Who was it that taught him knowledge
or showed him the path of understanding?

Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and HIS UNDERSTANDING NO ONE CAN FATHOM.

No.... but the fact that children do die (as well as every other injustice) does not mean God is not good. The problem is man's sin, and its repercussions...
"For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now"
God will ultimately forgive all those who come unto him in faith and humility through Christ Jesus (the "Door") to the Father, and recompense all evil on the day of judgment. Rest assured the little children who die are well cared for by Jesus.

Of course not! God doesn't make children die. It is because of sin and evil in the world. God is there to help us get through the things we have to endure.

We are made in Gods image, do you enjoy seeing that? Why would he? He is as outraged as we are when something like that happens. The bible talks about the Israelites causing him pain. He hurts and feels pain, in fact Genesis 6:6 says "And God felt regret that he had made men in the earth, and he felt hurt at his heart".
He felt regret and hurt because of the wickedness then just as he does now.
