Well it probably wouldnt be the speedo cable since both the tach and the speedo went (or go) at the same time. It is probably somewhere in the electrical connection behind the dashboard

Does this problem come and go? I would be it is the circuit board behind the gauges... they are a common enough problem. I would get one from a junkyard though, you cannot get from a regular parts store like napa or autozone. If you ordered from a dealer, I believe they sell you the entire speedometer gauge set, which is about $600 - $800. I am sure you can get the gauges or just the circuit board for the gauges at any junkyard for $50-100.
If you have other problems at the same time, like the wipers quit working or your heater controls flash on and off or quit all together; you have a problem with the 'body computer'. That is more of a longshot, but it happens. This computer is the one that controls all of the accessories; really most everthing except the engine and transmission.
If you have any more details or problems post them here!

there is no fuse to it... it is a cord that runs from the back of the gauge to the transmition... most likely it got disconnectted at one of the 2 points or the gear at the point where it connects to tranny is worn... replace the 'spedo/ odometer gear' and it should solve the problem... the piece only cost about $10-20.. and easy to replace!!! try that 1st... that should be it.. it happened to me with my 4-runner!!!

How approximately: 4. we are saved by way of faith by myself, yet overlook of works does impair our courting with God. Salvation is thru faith that Jesus Christ - God in the flesh - died in our stead. whilst salvation is thru faith by myself, our works DO remember. Our courting with God is a 2-way street. We shouldn't only get saved then take a seat lower back and don't something. we could desire to continuously draw closer to God. we could desire to continuously to desire to Him, compliment Him, have confidence Him, and be counted on Him. we could desire to continuously witness to non-believers and proportion the Gospel, and stay healthful lives, placing an occasion for others. we could desire to continuously try to be Christ-like. those issues are not needed for salvation, yet our courting with God will go through if we don't do them. AND we are able to be judged by way of our works. some individuals who've served God extremely nicely will reign alongside Jesus. Others could have household tasks a pair of rungs down the ladder in God's authorities.

Digital or analog. If Analog it may be the speedometer cable. If digital, then computer chip or sensor.
