who cares.... so you had a moment of weakness... show me a woman who doesn't have moments of weakness in her diet and i'll show you nicole ritchie... YUCK! so tomorrow you cut your carbs back a bit and eat a salad instead... problem solved!

no one in the history of all dieting has ever TOTALLY followed their diet and never snuck in a naughty treat once in a while so don't beat yourself up too much about it... it's just mac and cheese we're talkin about... not world peace and the future of mankind or anything.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Think about it this way-- if you eat three meals a day, that's 21 meals in a week plus snacks! What do you think is more important, one meal of macaroni and fried chicken, or 20 meals of healthy foods?

It sounds like you limited yourself to just a little of the unhealthy foods, and I applaud you on your good choices! Just make sure that your next meal is right back on track, with lean proteins, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables!

Don't worry! A little bit of unhealthy foods will not break your diet, just do not let it derail you completely.

mac and cheese is a carb (and dairy) so easy to burn and healthy. About 1-2 hrs after you ate the meal go exercise (cardio) for 20-30 min. the fried chicken is worse, not much you can do. next time though take all the breading (fried) part off. it's still worse than grilled, but at least you aren't eating the greasiest part.

Is what you did great. No. Is it the end of your ability to lose weight, no.

Just acknowledge that you messed up, and commit to making sure you behave going forward. I would also recommend you do some exercise to help specifically with this, or if already doing some exercise add a little bit more on for a day or 2.

It's ok to mess up with your eating habits, but the key is to make sure you behave most of the time.

As long as you watch how much you eat and limit the amount of fattening foods you'll be alright. It is ok to eat something a little junky once a week. Just make sure you stay active and drink water. Just keep up your regular diet and try to cut back on the fattening foods.

Who knows really, just remember with every diet, you do have to have a splurge once and a while or you will never stick to your diet. Just do an extra half hour of exercise today or tomorrow, and don't beat yourself up over it. Good luck.

PS, I didn't stick to my diet for 3 days last week, and I still managed to loose 7cm around my body.

You have to have a cheat meal sometimes.

I have lost 50 pounds since April and I have 20 more to go. Last weekend I eat a half gallon of ice cream in one day (not one sitting). The next day I got back on track and it did not derail my progress.

good luck

Yup. Im on a weight loss application ideal now and the 1st days went great. i substitute into ingesting very healthy meals and then like on the 4th or 5th day i began out yearning goodies. and then i began out ingesting the goodies and craved extra. notwithstanding you do... persist with ur weight loss application regime and don't furnish in and eat goodies by using fact thats what i did and upon getting like in basic terms a sprint piece of a chocolate bar you will need extra.
