find another to make money like get a job. It's called accident insurance for a reason they don't reward you if you cause the accident. Or for that matter they don't reward your next of kin either. Only in America!

Rephrase and repost. Your question makes no sense....who is dead? How are you related? What is the insurance for? I mean, homeowners earthquake protection isnt going to cover his death if he died in a plane crash!
