depending on your hairtype velcro rollers can be a good or bad thing. for the most part they just tangle up your hair and get stuck. if you're looking for ways to curl your hair you can pin-curl it or use those squishy hair things that wrap around. using a curling iron is probably a lot of work if you have long hair. so basically i wouldn't use velcro rollers just because of how unmanageable they can be.

Ack! Velcro rollers can be very difficult to use! I tried then once. The rip, tear, break sounds those things made in my hair..... Never again! They went straight in the trash. I am not going to damage my hair for curl. I stick to Caruso rollers when I want curls.

The velcro rollers are horrible in long thick hair (like mine). Hot rollers are good. I also use the pink sponge curlers. It takes about 75 of the pink rollers for my hair but i sleep in them and I look like Shirley Temple in the morning!

Yes and I would avoid them like the plague. They got tangled in my hair and made it frizzy. I would go with your old school hot rollers if your hair is long.

I have, but they tend to get tangled. Hot rollers are a better option, or just a curling iron.
