Does anyone know of an illness characterized by fatigue and stomach pain?
I am getting stomach pains when I stand. I feel like I am going to vomit or faint. This morning I got up to go to the bathroom and after I was done, I went back to bed and my stomach was burning. I couldn't put any pressure on it. I can't put pressure on my stomach at all, even if it isn't feeling like it is burning.. I have tried Pepto to help but nothing has worked. I have been sick since Saturday and I don't know what's going on. I feel like I have a fever occasionally as well, but no tempature. I feel okay when I am sitting sometimes; mostly it gets me when I am standing... Help, please..

EDIT: I would go see a doctor however, I mentioned it to my parents and they think I am faking it and brushed it off as nothing...

I was like that with my second pregnancy-dizzy and lightheaded. Id stay away from the meds until you have a test done.

That could be several things, including food poisoning and/or acid reflux.
I normally don't recommend soda- but if you have them, you could try sipping ginger ale or coke classic.
Meanwhile, keep trying with your parents. And I hope they come to their senses!

maybe allergy to a food your eating, monitor when the worst time of the day it happens and see what u ate just then?
