Most Walmarts in PA carry Dr. Scholl shoes. Plus, most of the time if you check the shoe manufacturer's web page you can "Find a Store Near You."
I'll check it out and if I see anything I'll add to this post.
Okay... here's what I learned: Dr. Scholl's is owned by Brown Shoe Company, Inc. Major competitors for Brown Shoes is Footstar, Walmart, and Payless Shoe Source. There are others, I think Famous Footwear, and Kmart, for instance. Here's couple links which may help you. At least you'll be able to see their line, and maybe save some gas by calling specific stores to see if they carry the particular shoe you are looking for.
