I have no one to turn to, so I hope you guys can help.
Today, at school, I got an F on a test. I NEVER get Fs! I don't know what happened! I just froze on the test, it's really weird. Then, what's worse was that my techer caught me copy alot of phrases in my history book for an essay. So, she told me that next time I do that, she's gonna expelle me from the school! I have never EVER been accused or told this before! (I did do it because I was really stressed but I didn't bother telling her.)

I need some encouragement, please, I really need it now (please no sarcastic or rude comments, I don't think I can handle it right now)

Thank you for all your kindness.

You poor kid. It sounds like a bunch of things happened at once and now you're beating yourself up for it. Flunking the test was bad luck and nerves; copying the phrases from the book was just wrong. I think that you have that figured out already. So take each incident separately, honey, and try not to think that this is the beginning of a string of bad luck. It isn't.

The best thing that you can do is to go to your teacher and have an honest talk about your performance in class. No drama--just let her know what's going on with you and how unusual it was for you to flunk a test AND copy from the book. Just be real. You're looking to solve a problem, not get favors. If she's already given you a second chance and didn't expel you for copying, then she must believe in you. Now, YOU have to believe in you.

As other posters here have suggested--your other assignment is to get enough sleep, don't skip meals, exercise [even if you just dance along with a cable music channel in your room!] and make sure to get out in the sunshine for a few minutes every day. This is the time of year when a lot of folks get blue and lose focus as the days grow shorter.

Good luck, girl--your mistakes were just a little detour off the path to success. Keep the lines of communication open with your teacher---and take care of your physical and mental health. Nobody's perfect!

Are you getting enough sleep at night? You're a teen so the real answer is probably no. How's your diet? Try getting more sleep and eating heathy. Also you may need some physical exercise. All of these can help a lot. Also don't worry so much. 1 F isn't going to hurt your grade that much and if you like this teacher try talking to her about what's going on. Try talking to your parents or the school counselor if the problems continue. What about your friends? Have you talked with any of them? They might understand exactly what you're going through because you're Not alone with this. If it continues it could be a sign of depression and might need to have your parents take you to see a therapist. Don't be embarressed to go. Good Luck!!!!

Slow down honey and take a deep breath. If this has never happened to you before then you already know how to avoid having it happen again.
You have to keep you mind on your school while you are working on it. If something else is stressing you out you need to deal with it or find a way to put it out of you mind while you are dealing with school.
Take a walk outside and get some fresh air. this situation may seem horrible right now but things can and will get worse once you are out on your own working somewhere.
Take this as a lifes lesson learned. as long as you learn from this mistake you are a better person already.

Honey the world is not going to stop because you got an F on a paper. It happened to all of us at one time or another. The reason she told you not to copy from your text book is because that is plagiarism and that can get you kicked out of school. If you tried that in college and got caught out you would go. If you feel stressed out you can always go talk to you councelor that is what they are there for.

Hey, try to keep your chin up. We all go through phases like this, I know what you mean about feeezing up like that on exams - happenns to me sometimes and I know the more you try to think of an answer or a way out, the more blank your mind goes. Your not the only one so try not to let it get to you.
If you never usually get F's then you must be clever.
Hope this helped, I know it's difficult sometimes but try to think positive.
Take care and BEST WISHES
Dave xx
Have a big hug as well (---)

everybody has their bad days/weeks. I'm pretty sure you cant get expelled for copying your History book. You'll be fine. Treat yourself to something you like. Get a lot of sleep, and dont let your bad day get you down. Just worry about what is happening now.

Best wishes to you =)

Awww I am sorry you are having such a bad day...HUGS to you!! Cheer up, everyone makes mistakes it is part of growing up. One "f" is not going to drop your GPA so much that you will fail everything Hun, just try to relax and know you will do better next time. Perhaps you might go to your teacher and explain to him/her what you have written here? Teachers are human and believe it or not...They do understand. I hope your day goes much better tomorrow!!!

Everyone has their downfalls but what makes them sucessful is making it to the top again. Your probably an over-acheiver & that's okay but you need to accept failure sometimes because not everything in life is always going to be glitter & gold. But Good Luck with everything.
