That's great attitude for a serial killer, the rest of us need a little empathy to get through life.

Yep. That's how it is for me, as well. I watched a news segment about a man going on a killing spree and running down pedestrians with an SUV, and it just made me laugh. I don't give a damn about 9/11, and I don't know why it's such a big damn deal to anyone. so some towers exploded and some people died. whatever, it happens all the time. I am pro-choice because I simply don't give a **** if some fetuses die, because a woman will do what she pleases. I don't see how ANYONE could feel guilt by stealing wallets or from stores or even from "friends". also, I've never had many friends either, because, frankly, I don't want to hear a bunch of twits whine all the time and "have" to be loyal and stuff...they get mad if I cancel on an outing because I didn't feel like going. I DO have fun and pleasure in life, but I don't break laws because I don't want to end up in jail and be molested by unshaven she-men. God, that felt good to get off my chest...

Not inherently, though it can quickly become a problem.
The lack of empathy is called being a sociopath, and is generally considered equivalent to not having a conscience. By itself, it causes no other problems. I have worked with several sociopaths, and most are very ethical people, who don't break the law or hurt others.
How? Because they follow strict ethical and moral codes, using logic and intellect, even in the absence of any internal moral compass or emotional conscience. So, the fact that they do not feel sympathy doesn't cause them to break the law or to hurt others, because they have other guidelines they can use, which are just as effective for avoiding those behaviors.
But you also mention that you are an emotional sadist. If true, that means you enjoy causing other emotional pain. That is a potential problem, since the desire to cause pain could easily lead you to hurting others or committing criminal actions. Absent a strict adherence to an ethical and legal code, your tendency to enjoy causing pain could quickly lead you into trouble.

All I can say is that you are a very cold person. That behavior isn't even normal. I think that you should go to see a psychiatrist get some meds and get your brain on straight. If you do not grieve when people die then you are definately not normal. Go see a shrink. If you have no empathy at all towards human behavior why are you asking us this question you shouldn't care. We are all human behind these keyboards you know so you must feel something. Do you even have any friends? If you do, do them a favor and stay away from them because you are doing them no favor if you feel no empathy towards them.

That is a bad thing. You could be suspetable to anti-social personality disorder. That is a disorder that is common in serial killers. They lack compassion and are often entertained and aroused by other's pain and misery. They like to inflict pain on others and don't comprehend sympathy.
You are aware of this which is good. I suggest you stay focused on what you know is right and wrong. It is a good idea if you think logically and realize that your feelings are abnormal and that you should have sympathy for people. Just remember that people do have feelings and even if you can't understand them, would you like someone to hurt you?
You should seek therapy to deal with your issues a bout your past. That may lead you to open up and start to feel for other people. You probably have attachment issues you need to sort through.

I can feel the same way sometimes but I feel evil about it I'm getting help. Though I do cry when people are hurt and in pain I'm confused because when something minor happens to someone I know I feel just a little better about my self that I'm not in there predicament, but I think this comes from not feeling happy about certain things in my life. You need help. This probably stems from not having a happy childhood and you need to talk this through with someone who is a professional. I't also sounds like you never learned social skills as child so know you just don't seem to connect with anyone.

in that case, odds are statistically higher that u will have tendencies toward homicide, suicide at worst, avoidant behaviour at best.u are anhedonic, feel no pleasure ,dont enjoy ur life. get help.u might be able to turn things around a bit.that hollowness u feel about everything-do u know there are other ways to be?see a therapist, get meds.u need them-not a h8 messege,a statement of fact.if ur tired of the abyss u live in,be brave and at least try to crawl out! ps-its not as bad as u think.if u were that badly off,u wouldnt be on here, reaching for help.if it were that bad,u wouldnt ask if ur feelings were bad,u wouldnt give a damn.so,ur fixable,u know!!!!! u are probably very young, and have a whopping bad case of depression.maybe bad things happened ,so u shut off ur feelings.with treatment,ur future can be a whole lot brighter-reach 4 it-u can turn it around !!!!

"Good" and "bad" are relative terms. There is nothing wrong with you for not having empathy toward humans. Humans will most likely tell you there's something amiss, but it's most likely because they're humans.
