Yes, ask him out....my God, what is he thinking? You poor thing. I'm just surprised you didn't go find someone else with half a brain! But he's probably shy and all, and if that's what you like about him, well then it's no wonder why you've been waiting so long yourself. But believe me, not all guys are so slow....4 mos!

The worse that he could do is say NO. It's not the end of the world if he does. Just let him know that you were interested and that you thought you would ask. Let him know there's no hard feelings if he does say no. Acting likeit doesn't bother you and even acting kinda happy about it will get him wondering if he made the right call. If he says yes, ask him what he would like to do.
