The eating of meat came after the lions & Noah got off the ark.
That was why Noah was instructed to bring 7 of the clean animals
Isaiah in prophecy shows that the earth will again be like the Garden of Eden when he described the lions eating straw just like the bull. (Isa 11:7)
So it wasn’t until after the flood that man and the animals became fearful of each other.

OK you have asked a silly question so be prepared.
Assuming the bible story to be based on events in the real world but not based on fact it is not possible that all kinds of animals (two of each) were ever in an ark.
For one thing you could not re-populate the stock of animals from one pair.
For another how would you decide who to feed to the Lions.
I expect the Christians facing the lions in the Coliseum had other things on their minds.

God tamed the lions for Noah and i dont know why they didnt but He has some reason thats beyond me
