My Kodak EasyShare DX6340 stopped working.?

It acts like it has no batteries, but we've tried several sets with no luck. It is out of warranty(of course).
Any one know what this problem may be, and if so, what it will cost to fix?

You bought a Kodak, it worked through the warranty period, it died, that's normal.
