Where can I find a fabric panel by V.I.P. called "I Spy"? It is a children's fabric pattern.?

This fabric is a fun panel that makes up into a delightful learning play panel for young children to find different things and learn to identify pictures and words. It is an older fabric and I have not been able to locate it and make panels for the grandkids and gift for other kids, too.

I have only seen do-it-yourself "I Spy" kits where you sew squares of fabric into a quilt.
