the guy should get to know her, in the least creepy way, and ask her out for coffee or something like that, so she gets to know him. If you are serious, love is a strong word, you sound young. By the way, I wouldn't tell the girl that you love her right off the bat, you'll scare her.

First, go up and introduce yourself. Become friends. Let her get to know you. I'm curious though, how can you love a girl that doesn't know you? Love is too strong a word to use here.....

Are you sure this not lust, how can you be in love with some one who does not know you exist. What qualities does she posses That make her a candidate for love.If you cannot name 10 qualities of her relating to you it ain't love

well if the girl doesnt even know him its not REAL love. and the guy juss needs to go up to her and shoot with a convo to get things started and who knows from there??
