well c we were in class passin notes n i helped him with his work n like were best friends n he passed me a note sayin thanks ur an angel n like after that we just kept smilin n like we were quiet n stuff cuz he looked shy or sumthin

It is how he says it you will know and if you are feeling it, it is more likely that he is to. Just ask him. What do you mean? Angel? Are you try to tell me something ales?

the same thing when a girl tells a guy "your such a great guy". Sometimes it means she likes him, and sometimes it means he;s cool, but not her cup of tea. Same for your situation.
