Jesus has authority over everything on this earth. Even if the stingray stung him, it would not hurt him.
Paul got bitten by a poisonous snake and all he did was shrug it off, because he knew God is in control. Paul was given authority as well, because he was so close to God. I'm sure people would just start confessing there sins to him, if he walked by him, thats how close of a relationship he had with God.
now don't do something stupid and have a poisonous snake bite you.

christians probably wouldn't exist because their faith is built up on his death through suffering and how he died for our sins. So, if he was killed accidentally before sacrificing himself, he probablyw ould have just been forgotten throughout history.
Or maybe they'd be wearing stingray barbs.
